Kugle Privacy Rules (updated on 01-11-2023)

The following rules will help you understand what data we collect and how we use them. KugleCorp ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website.

What do the Kugle app and Kugle website keep in storage ?​

For guest user, we do not keep any data. For onboarded off-chain user, we keep your e-mail, and a key to allow you to access the app locally and link your e-mail to your Tiny Kugle. For on-chain user, we link your e-mail with your public key, and a key we created for you in order to access your resources stored on the blockchain for you (read only). This helps creating the in-game environment corresponding to what assets you have in your wallet.

Does the Kugle app store your first and last name ?​

No

Does the Kugle app store your email ?​

Only for onboarded off-chain user that create an account, for login procedure, if the user want to.

Does the Kugle app store your phone number ?​

No

Does the Kugle app store your ip ?​

No.

Does the Kugle app store GPS data ?​

No.

Does the Kugle app store datas from captors ?​

No.
